The food and beverage program follows the same philosophy. Dishes reflect PNW flavours and local ingredients, with standout menu items like “chicken fried” spot prawns, and Sablefish served with pickled sea asparagus. Amber’s drink list is equally intentional, keeping things concise to their core with a purposeful list of cocktails, quality spirits, and a curated wine list. Throughout the day, the space shifts from brunch service and afternoon happy hour into an intimate evening destination with an atmosphere and soundtrack to carry you through.
