Hi, I’m James Grass and welcome to Chefs Favourite. I’ve been in the Vancouver hospitality scene for over 20 years; front-of-house working with some of the world’s most talented chefs and serving the world’s most discerning diners.

In spite of my affinity for kitchens and chefs, I’m not at all qualified to be a chef.

I just love the energy of a busy service and the simmering tension between front and back of house… that gets me fired up!

Chefs love me… and hate me. I love them.

My mission is to deliver the chef’s passion, on a plate, to your table or tablet.
