Chef’s Favourite is a hospitality agency. What we’ve created is a media platform for the people that inspire us most.
Chef’s Favourite began in 2021, as a means to highlight the incredible personalities behind our favourite restaurants and bars around Vancouver. In the Spring 2024 Chef’s Favourite launched the debut episode of the now viral series — Mates on Crates — featuring James and some of the most respected hospitality personalities in Canada. Over 90 episodes of Mates on Crates have been published making Chef’s Favourite a notable voice of influence within the industry.
Our approach is to create thoughtful and intentional content for both viewer and creator. We foster organic social growth through trusted, industry-relevant content and word of mouth — accentuated by in-person experiences.
