Address: 1038 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC

A one-night-only celebration of life, memory, and world-class cuisine.

Botanist Restaurant’s Día de los Muertos dinner is nearly sold out, and for good reason. On Saturday, November 1, Botanist’s executive chef, Hector Laguna, welcomes Chef José Luis Hinostroza of Tulum’s award-winning ARCA for their fourth annual collaboration, bringing together Mexican soul, Pacific Northwest ingredients, and Michelin-level execution.

This special evening will feature a six-course tasting menu honouring the sacred traditions of Día de los Muertos, complete with locally fished and foraged ingredients, and paired cocktails and wines that deepen the experience. Expect bold flavours, vibrant storytelling, and a celebration that transcends borders.

Whether you're a returning guest or first-timer, this is a rare opportunity to witness two master chefs in harmony.

💀 Date: Saturday, November 1
