The Epic From Farms to Forks Gala FeaturesS BC’s Top Chefs On Oct 5

The From Farms to Forks Gala, in support of Growing Chefs, is taking place on October 5, 2025 and, for a limited time, the Chef’s Favourite audience has a special rate on tickets to this exceptional culinary showcase (see below).

Hosted at A-OK Commissary inside Aritzia’s Vancouver HQ, this year’s From Farm to Forks Gala will gather 19 of BC’s favourite chefs for an unforgettable evening of farm-driven cuisine, community, and purpose. Each chef gets paired up with a local grower or food producer to feature in their dish. Expect signature bites, heartfelt storytelling, and an opportunity to fuel a better food future for Vancouver’s youth.

Growing Chefs is a transformative local organization helping youth across Vancouver build skills, confidence, and food literacy. Their most renowned program is Lunch Lab, which has earned rave reviews. The initiative installs a chef in residence in a local school and they take in cohorts of students who make lunch for up to 200 of their peers, three times a week. Between educating future generations about food systems and nurturing our city’s hospitality industry, the program is a beacon for the future of hospitality in Vancouver and across the province.
