We’re excited to have just launched our latest episode of Mates on Crates, featuring Sam Payne, co-founder and managing partner at Rewind Beer Co. in Port Moody. With retro vibes, killer Detroit-style pizza from their in-house High Top Pizza, and a beer lineup led by the award-winning Laser Light Lager, Rewind has quickly become a standout on Murray Street. Sam’s been brewing beer and building breweries for over 20 years, including his first venture Parkside Brewery, and his most recent addition, Slackwater Brewing, now brewed in Port Moody. It was a pleasure to sit down with Sam, Lucky, and Bailey to chat beer, community, pizza, and all of Sam’s favourite spots.
