Today we released our latest episode of Mates on Crates featuring my mate, Michael Hiram, General Manager at Dear Gus Snack Bar. Michael has spent time in some of Vancouver’s best known establishments. Cutting his teeth at Annalena, before moving over to Burdock & Co and now the GM at Dear Gus. Known for its vibrant small plates, cozy European ambiance, and a mighty wine list inspired by the Old World, the always in-demand Dear Gus has quickly become a top spot for Vancouver locals and visitors alike.
