Visa Infinite Dining Series Brings an Exclusive Night of Elevated Italian Dining to Folietta

Vancouver’s Folietta, the refined new Italian concept from the Wentworth Hospitality Group, joins the Visa Infinite Dining Series this September for an exclusive, one-night culinary experience. This dining series is known for spotlighting top culinary talent in unique, limited-capacity settings.

This featured evening will feature a special collaboration with guest chef, Justin Leboe, known for his modern, ingredient-forward take on Italian cuisine. Justin is a national award winner and for the past several years has been elevating Banff as a culinary destination with concepts such as LUPO (No. 6 Best New Restaurant by Canada’s 100 Best in 2023), Hello Sunshine, Three Bears Brewery & Restaurant, and Bluebird Woodfired Steakhouse.

Set in Folietta’s intimate, design-forward dining room, the event will showcase a multi-course prix fixe menu ($195.00) with optional beverage pairings, designed to reflect the elegant soul of regional Italian cooking elevated with West Coast flair.

Opened to much fanfare in May 2025, Folietta has already established itself among Vancouver’s leading institutions. Executive Chef Bobby Milheron has designed a menu and experience that is equal parts accessible and elevated with an emphasis on great tasting food and local, seasonal ingredients.

Their VISA Infinite series debut is one of Vancouver’s most sought-after reservations and perfectly bookends an exceptional summer for the new East Van neighbourhood favourite.
