This is a can’t miss pop-up experience bringing together two of Vancouver’s all-time favourites! On Monday, April 13, Bar Bravo and Chupito are teaming up for a one-night-only five-course dinner built around Mexican coastal cuisine, with dishes from Erick Iniquez and Maria Ponce and cocktail pairings by Dani Hackenberg, Tara Davies, and Erick Vazquez.

Bar Bravo is the Michelin Recommended restaurant which won Gold at VanMag’s 2025 restaurant awards for best seafood in the city. Embedded in the Fraserhood , Bravo has established itself as a city-wide favourite, combining sustainable local seafood with a dynamic cocktail program, since winning VanMag’s best new restaurant award in 2024.
Chupito is not just a cocktail bar. It’s one of the city’s established favourites across all categories. Recognized for its contemporary drinks program and Mexican-inspired menu, the cocktail bar has received industry acclaim, earning it’s first “Bib Gourmand” designation by the Michelin guide in 2022. Meanwhile the awards continue to fly their way with Tara Davies earning VanMag’s coveted Bartender of the Year award in 2025.
This all-star affair starts at 5 p.m. with first course at 5:30 p.m. The combination of seafood, bright citrus, chiles, and a zero-waste cocktail lens makes this one of the most exciting collabs not just of the Spring but the whole year.
