Mates on Crates: feat. Rachel Lee
G'day
Those in the know, know where to go.
Today we released our latest episode of Mates on Crates featuring my mate, Rachel Lee, owner of Dear Gus Snack Bar. Over the past 12 to 18 months, Rachel has seen her restaurant skyrocket in popularity, making it one of Vancouver’s hottest dining spots. Inspired by the intimate neighborhood restaurants she fell in love with during her time in Europe, Rachel created a space that feels like home—a cozy, welcoming gem in the city. The space is even named after her beloved pet rabbit, Gus, who has left his mark all over the venue. It was a pleasure chatting with Rachel and hearing about her journey and favourite spots—check out the episode below.
Each time we do a Mates on Crates interview, our guests share up to twenty of their favourites with us. For each episode, only a handful of those favourites make it into the final 60-second cut. In order to highlight all of our guest’s favourites, we are happy to share the full list of favourites right here.
