Mates on Crates (feat. Karl Gregg)
G'day,
Those in the know, know where to go.
Today, we’re excited to announce our latest episode of Mates on Crates, featuring Karl Gregg, owner of Rosie’s BBQ. Known for serving up smoky perfection from a food truck that pops up across Vancouver, Rosie’s BBQ has become a must-visit for barbecue lovers. With over 790 briskets smoked this year and a commitment to mastering the craft, Karl’s passion for barbecue is as big as his Texas-sized smokers. It was a pleasure to chat with Karl and hear about his culinary journey, favorite spots, and plans for the future—check out the episode here.
Each time we do a Mates on Crates interview, our guests share up to twenty of their favourites with us. For each episode, only a handful of those favourites make it into the final 60-second cut. In order to highlight all of our guest’s favourites, we are happy to share the full list of favourites right here.
